Trinity Episcopal Church Calendar 30 June 2008, Monday Misc Parish Committee Meetings Time: 7:00pm - 9:00pm The following committee branches will meet Graham Hall from 7:00-8:30pm. From 8:30-9:00pm all committees & organizations which are meeting that month will gather in Aldrich Hall to report in to the whole body. Worship & Music Meeting: Altar Guild Outreach: Episcopal Charities Building & Grounds: Up-keep & Maintenance Communications: Print Advertising & P.R. Christian Formation: Sunday School, Children’s Liturgy, Vacation Bible School Newcomers: Classes/Orientation (Inquirers Class, "Those Episkopals," etc.) Parish Life: Pastoral Care: Meals, Transportation, Phone Tree, Prayer Chain Fundraisers: Bazaar Budget & Finance Meeting: Planned Giving Parish Committee Meetings Time: 7:00pm - 9:00pm ALL parish committees and organizations (EXCEPTIONS: Choir, EFM & Vestry, ECW, Men’s Club) will meet on the LAST MONDAY of each month in Graham Hall from 7:00-8:30pm. From 8:30-9:00pm all committees & organizations which are meeting that month will gather in Aldrich Hall to report in to the whole body. Alcoholics Anonymous Meeting (AH/UC) Time: 7:30pm NOTE: The Monday AA meeting on the last of each month will meet in the Undercroft in order for the parish to use Aldrich Hall on that Monday evening.
